A small, application-only peer group for business owners and operators who are seriously building with AI — and want to learn from people who are doing the same.

This is not another AI course.

Most AI groups are 70% catch-up, 30% real exchange. We've built this one the other way around.

Members are already building things with AI commercially — custom agents, n8n workflows, API-level integrations, shipped tools that make or save real money. The bar exists for a reason: it's what makes peer exchange actually feel like exchange.

Monthly working sessions

90-minute structured sessions every month. Rotating hot seat — one member's build or problem gets the full attention of the group for 20 minutes, then a group deep-dive. No webinars, no slides, no one's pitching anything.

A curated peer group

4–6 people, capped deliberately. You'll know who's in the room before you join, and you'll see why they're there. The room is the product.

Private channel between sessions

Curated, not noise. Members share what's working, what's broken, and what they've shipped. Lighter-touch help when something's stuck.

    Eight short questions. Takes most people 8–10 minutes to do well. We're looking for substance, not polish — concrete examples beat broad statements.
  2. Your application is reviewed
    If the answers indicate a clear fit, you'll see a calendar link straight after submitting and can book a short call with Kevin to confirm. Otherwise, Kevin reviews personally and gets back to you within a few working days.
  3. A short conversation
    15–20 minutes. Two-way fit check. We talk about what you're working on, what you'd bring to the group, and current group composition. You'll know by the end of the call whether you're in.
  4. First session
    Most accepted members are in the next monthly session. You'll get the date, the joining details, and a short intro to the other members before you turn up.
